Requirements
Over 18 (Both Participants must be present)
1) Must know Social Security Number
2) Must have one of the following: Valid Drivers License,
State Issued ID, Military ID, Valid Passport,
Certified Birth Certificate (No Copies)
3) Previously married parties must know the date
the divorce was final or date of death
4) Licenses are valid for 30 days after date of purchase
5) License can be used same day as applied for
